How do I make my reservation?

To make your reservation take the following steps:

01.01.- Click on the file of the apartment that interests you.
01.02.- Click on “Price and reservation application” below the file of the apartment.
01.03.- Complete the form “Price and application reservation” and send it to us. (The information will be sent via a secure internet connection. All data remains confidential and complies with the Data Protection Acts.)
01.04.-You will be sent confirmation that we have received your mail within 5 minutes (approx.). If you do not receive confirmation within 5 minutes please resend the form.
01.05.-We will contact you within 1 day (approx.) of receipt of your application with an e-mail telling you if your reservation has been accepted or not. If so, you will get the following information:

01.05.01.- Confirmation of your reservation.
01.05.02.- Complete address of the apartment.
01.05.03.- Contact telephone number where you should call us once you arrive to Barcelona, so we can arrange how to meet you.
01.05.04.- Confirmation of receipt of credit card payment of the reservation (25% of the total cost of your stay).
01.05.05.- Outstanding balance. The balance should be paid, in euros, on receipt of the keys on arrival at the apartment.

03.- Are towels, bed linen and kitchen utensils provided in the apartment?

Yes. The above are all included in the price of the apartment. It is thus important to indicate the number of people who will be staying in the apartment on the form “price and reservation application”.

04.- What is your cancellation policy?


We are regret that you cannot enjoy your stay in Barcelona with barcelonacentralflats.com this time and we hope to see you soon!!!

Our cancellations policy corresponds to the rules and regulations of the Catalan Department of Business and Tourism. We will do our best to find another client for the dates you reserved. When this is possible, we refund the deposit paid for the reservation. If we are unable to find another client for these dates the cancellation conditions are as follows:

04.01.- For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the cancellation charge will be 5% of the cost of the reservation.
04.02.- For cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to the date of arrival, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the cost of the reservation.
04.03.- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, the cancellation charge will be 100%of the cost of the reservation.

05.- Are there any hidden costs or supplementary charges which are not included in the web prices?


No. All costs are included. Our prices include the cleaning of the apartment (once per week), the towels, bed linen, the local taxes of 7%, the service bills (water, electricity, gas) and the rent of the apartment.

06.- Where do I collect the apartment keys?


Once you arrive to Barcelona (at the estimated time you have told us in your reservation application) you should give us a call (the telephone number will be given to you in the confirmation e-mail) and then we will arrange the precise details to meet you.

07.- The majority of your apartments are in the Gothic Quarter. Is this a safe area?


Barcelona, in general, is a safe city. However like any other major city it is wise to take care, especially with pickpockets.

08.- Are there any supplementary charges regarding the cleaning of the apartment?


The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and this initial cleaning service is included in the price. (The client is expected to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition at the end of the stay.)

09.- Is it safe to send credit card details by internet?


All personal data (including credit card information) is sent via a secure internet connection which protects your personal details and complies with the requirements of the Data Protection Acts.
